Jess Kennedy is a Melbourne-based speaker and advocate who shares honest and often funny insights about living with ADHD and navigating the health system. Combining lived experience with professional knowledge, she brings warmth and authenticity to every talk, helping audiences rethink neurodiversity, inclusion, and care.
Jess Kennedy is a lived experience workplace trainer who uses her unique style and life experiences to create mentally safe, engaging, and interactive workshops. She educates organisations on Mental Health, ADHD, Workplace Health & Safety (with a focus on psychological safety), Trauma-Informed Care, and more—helping workplaces build awareness, empathy, and lasting cultural change.
